Who would have thought we would make it this far?? Sorry for our absence, and the short post today, but it is the holiday season.
As many of you know I currently live in the beautiful state of Utah, which unfortunately has declared a state of emergency due to fire hazard. So go out, have fun, and participate in the festivities, but please be careful. Let’s preserve this beautiful nation for future generations.
My country ’tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. But instead of singing I am typing of thee on this blog post. Despite America’s many imperfections I am forever grateful to be a citizen of the United States, and I am grateful for the service men and women who fight to uphold our freedom.
My high school mascot was a Dart, so I used to say it’s a great day to be a dart. My University mascot is a Thunderbird, so I often say it’s a great day to be a Thunderbird. But everyday is a great day to be an American.
